Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for Plutto Star, the optional subscription to the Plutto app. All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires one. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

1. Purchases on the web (plutto.space)

Subscriptions bought on our website are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles the payment, the receipt and taxes.

No refunds. Payments, including renewal charges, are non-refundable, and we do not refund partly used periods.
Where the law or Paddle requires one. Where consumer law gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from the purchase, or where Paddle's Buyer Terms provide for one (for example, a duplicate or unauthorised charge), Paddle will handle it. To ask, email support@plutto.space from the address you paid with, or visit paddle.net to find your order.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play

Subscriptions bought inside the Plutto app on iPhone, iPad or Android are sold by Apple or Google, and any refund is decided by them under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds for them. You can cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.

3. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
